Miniature Pecan Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix oleo and cream cheese until well blended.
    Add flour.
    Mix well.
    Chill.
    Mix sugar, egg and vanilla.
    Stir in nuts.
    Divide dough into 24 balls; press into miniature muffin tins, forming cup.
    Fill each with sugar mixture to 3/4 full.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes more before removing from pan.
