Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cloves fresh garlic
    2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. spicy mustard
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 chopped anchovy fillets
    1 egg
    1 or 2 bunches romaine lettuce
    3/4 c. croutons
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (fresh ground)
Preparation
    Crush garlic and rub bowl with garlic cloves, leaving the garlic bits in the bowl.
    Mix the vinegar, oil, mustard, pepper, oregano, anchovies and egg.
    (A wire whisk works well.)
