Instant Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 3/4 or 3 5/8 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
nutmeg
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the vanilla pudding mix, sugar, vanilla, milk and egg yolks.
Carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Chill thoroughly.
Pour into punch cups or glasses and top with a dash of nutmeg.
Makes about 8 cups.
