Indian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 chicken breast cutlets (4 oz. each)
Preparation
    In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients, except chicken, until smooth.
    Pound cutlets 1/4-inch thick between 2 sheets of wax paper.
    Place chicken and marinade in large Ziploc bag and marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning once.
    Preheat broiler.
    Place chicken on broiler pan, brush with marinade. Broil 4-inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
    Makes 4 servings.
