Stir-Fried Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced okra
    1 onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. crushed thyme
    3 Tbsp. oil (hot)
    1 medium tomato, cut into 8 wedges
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Stir-fry the first 7 ingredients for 6 to 10 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and stir-fry 2 more minutes.
    Sprinkle with soy sauce.
