Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag mixed cauliflower, carrots and broccoli (frozen food counter)
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook vegetables according to directions on package.
    Drain and put in casserole dish.
    Slice cheese in thick slices and cover the top.
    Crush crackers and cover top.
    Melt margarine and pour over crackers.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
