Ernie'S Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flank steak
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. instant meat tenderizer
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Pierce steak with a fork and place in shallow dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour over steak.
    Let stand at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours.
    Remove steak from marinade and place on a lightly greased broiler pan.
    Broil 6 inches from heat, 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
    Slice across the grain in thin slices for best results.
    Delicious over noodles or rice!
