Cream Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    diced potatoes
    diced celery
    diced onion
    parsley
    salt and pepper
    milk
    butter
    flour
Preparation
    Cover potatoes, celery and onion with water in saucepan. Salt and pepper and cook until done.
    Drain about 2/3 of the water off. Cover with milk.
    Add a chunk of butter; salt and pepper again to taste.
    Bring to a boil.
    Thicken to desired consistency with flour thickening.
    May add cheese if you want.
