Marinade Recipe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dry parsley
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. dry mustard (optional)
Preparation
-
Whisk all ingredients together. Soak meat at least 3 hours in marinade. Can soak overnight. Will turn chicken brown in color.
