Eggs For Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    2 cans tomatoes (cut up)
    1/2 clove garlic (minced)
    2 Tbsp. onion (chopped)
    4 eggs
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut bacon in small pieces and brown until crisp. Drain excess fat. Add tomatoes, onion and garlic to bacon. Heat through. Divide into 4 individual baking dishes. Carefully slip 1 egg on top of each mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
