Tuna Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 (7 oz.) jar red peppers, drained
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. dry vermouth
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    4 (1 to 1 1/2-inch thick) fresh tuna steaks (about 3 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Cut onion into quarters.
    Combine all ingredients except tuna and blend in blender or food processor.
    Process until smooth. Place tuna in large glass baking dish.
    Pour sauce over fish and turn to coat with pepper sauce.
    Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
    Preheat grill.
    Place tuna on well-greased grill over medium heat.
    May use fresh jalapenos or other peppers instead of jar of peppers.
    May be made without vermouth.
    Tastes great.
