Mary'S Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    4 tsp. honey
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. soy sauce (lite type)
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    juice of 1/4 lemon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Add chicken, fish or beef to a large Ziploc bag and set into pan to fit.
    Add marinade. Press out most of air and zip up bag.
    Coat food.
    Let sit in fridge 2 to 24
    hours, turning bag to coat food every so often.
