Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Beat eggs on high for 5 minutes.
Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
Stir in flour, baking powder, spices and salt.
Spread on 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Top with nuts.
Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Don't overbake!
