Corn Flake Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Beat egg whites and vanilla until foamy.
Gradually add sugar while beating.
Continue to beat until stiff and glossy.
Fold in corn flakes, nuts and coconut.
Drop by level tablespoonfuls into a well-greased baking sheet.
Bake in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Remove from baking sheet and cool on wire rack.
