Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients with eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes.
    Hand stir in boiling water.
    Batter will be thin. Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes for round layers and 35 to 40 minutes for 13 x 9-inch pan.
