Roasted Vegetables With Rotini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 medium red pepper
    1/2 medium yellow pepper
    1/2 medium green pepper
    1 onion, cubed
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
Preparation
    Chop peppers into cubes and combine with onion.
    Pour olive oil and mustard over vegetables, stirring well.
    Spread vegetables in a large, greased baking dish.
    Bake vegetables at 400\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes or until tender.
