Baked Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lump crab meat
1 pt. half and half cream
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 c. celery, diced
2 c. onion, diced
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. garlic salt
Tabasco
1 c. cracker crumbs
lemon
parsley
lemon pepper
paprika
6 to 8 crab shells
Preparation

Saute pepper, celery and onion in butter.
In a bowl, mix cracker crumbs, cream, salt and pepper to taste and garlic salt. Add sauteed vegetables and crab meat.
Fill crab shells and top each with paprika, parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Or you can put into casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
Serves 6 to 8.
