Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. walnuts
3 c. diced raw apples
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix soda with flour. Mix with other ingredients and bake approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes in ring mold at 350\u00b0.
