Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/8 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Spread in a well sprayed sheet pan (12 x 17 x 1-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Loosen edges carefully from pan and dump cake on towel, well sprinkled with powdered sugar. While cake is still hot, roll cake in towel from narrow side. Cool on wire rack.
    Unroll cooled cake to put filling and nuts on.
