Harwood Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 (17 oz.) can corn
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
2 or 3 jalapenos, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into hot greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
