Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Combine dry ingredients and work in shortening.
    Stir in yeast and buttermilk.
    Dough will seem too soft to handle.
    Handle with well floured hands.
    Roll or shape as you like. Bake in hot 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
