Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter, divided
4 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
4 c. milk
6 c. raw potatoes, sliced
Preparation

Melt 4 Tbsp. butter in a large pot.
Add salt and flour.
Add milk slowly.
Cook until sauce thickens.
Add sliced potatoes. Bring to a boil.
Put potatoes in a 13 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking dish and dot with remaining butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
