Beef Tenderloin Picnic Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) beef tenderloin
    party rolls
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Place tenderloin on a rack in a roasting pan. Brush with butter mixture.
    Insert meat thermometer, making sure it does not touch fat.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until thermometer registers 140\u00b0 for rare, 150\u00b0 for medium-rare or 160\u00b0 for medium.
    Slice tenderloin.
    Serve on party rolls with sour cream and prepared horseradish.
    Yields 16 to 20 servings.
