Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 large eggs (room temperature)
1/2 stick butter, melted and cooled
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat all ingredients in order.
Fold in 2 cups sour cream. Pour in an ungreased 9-inch spring-form pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour, then at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, and turn oven off and leave 1 hour.
