Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine; add mushrooms, consomme and rice. Bake in casserole at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Do not cover; do not stir.
