Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. yellow squash
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded carrots
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb bread stuffing mix
1 c. melted oleo
Preparation

Cook squash and onion in boiling salt water 5 minutes; drain. Add soup, sour cream and carrots.
Combine stuffing mix and oleo. Spread 1/2 into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Spoon vegetable mix on top, then add remaining stuffing mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
