Creole Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak, cut up in medium pieces
    1 onion, chopped
    1 large can tomatoes
Preparation
    Salt and pepper the steak.
    Roll in flour.
    Brown in a small amount of grease.
    When brown on both sides, add the onion and tomatoes and juice from the tomatoes.
    Simmer on low heat until tender.
