Chalupa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. pork loin roast
1 lb. pinto beans
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 can diced green chilies
3 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put all ingredients in large pan.
Cover with water.
Cook 6 hours, covered, at low heat.
Add water as needed.
After 6 hours, take out bones and break up roast.
Cook with lid about 1 hour. Serve this over corn chips and top Chalupa with grated cheese, chopped onions, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced avocado and taco sauce.
