Frogs In The Hole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 slices sandwich bread
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
dash of salt and pepper

Preparation

Tear a hole big enough to hold an egg in the center of each slice of bread.
Pour oil into skillet, then add bread slices. Break an egg into the hole.
Salt and pepper before frying to desired hardness.
Serve hot with fresh fruit.
Serves 2.
