Banana Sour Cream Coffeecake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oleo, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed banana
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine pecans, 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Combine oleo and 1 cup sugar; cream to light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, bananas and vanilla; stir in sour cream.
Combine remaining dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture and stir just enough to mix.
Sprinkle 1/2 of reserved cinnamon mixture into bottom of well greased Bundt pan; spoon in 1/2 of batter.
Sprinkle rest of cinnamon mix and add rest of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
Cool 5 minutes on wire rack before turning out.
