Carolina Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
3 c. finely chopped peeled apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs together.
Sift flour, soda, salt and spices together; add to egg mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Next, add vanilla, apples and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured tube cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately
1 hour.
Remove cake from pan.
Cool and top with glaze.
