Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1 c. milk, scalded
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
    4 Tbsp. pimento, diced
    2 to 3 Tbsp. diced onions
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain squash.
    Scald milk and butter.
    Beat eggs slightly. Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
