Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. thinly sliced sirloin
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    garlic
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped ginger
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving pieces.
    Make a sauce from ginger, garlic, onion, sugar, soy sauce and water.
    Pour over meat and let stand 1 to 2 hours.
    Spread out on shallow pan and broil 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 6.
