2 c. cold coffee
2 c. cold skim milk
1/3 c. sugar (optional)
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 10 x 7-inch baking dish. Freeze 3 to 4 hours or until firm, stirring after every 30 minutes. Scoop slush into tall serving glasses. If desired, top with additional grated orange peel. Makes 6 servings.
