Little Red Beef Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. fresh or dried parsley
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, oatmeal, onion, parsley, 2 tablespoons mustard, salt, pepper, eggs and milk.
    Mix well.
    Form into small loaves, 1/2 to 3/4 cup size.
    Place meat loaves in baking pan. Make finger length indentations on each and spoon piquant sauce over each.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
