Apple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 Tbsp. Wesson oil
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raw apples, grated
1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake in muffin pans at 350\u00b0. Makes 24 muffins.
