Easy Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can corn
4 to 6 c. mashed potatoes

Preparation

Brown ground beef.
In an 8 or 9-inch square baking dish, layer meat, corn (drained) and mashed potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through, about 45 minutes.
Also good with Velveeta melted over.
