Pumpkin Crunch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs and mix with milk, sugar, pumpkin and spices.
Beat well.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle dry cake mix and nuts over top of mixture.
Drizzle melted margarine over top.
Bake 1 hour until brown.
Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
