Chicken And Vegetables(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 c. thinly sliced green pepper rings
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1/2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    3 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine celery, carrots, green pepper and zucchini.
    Spread evenly over bottom of greased shallow microwave-safe baking dish. Arrange chicken pieces toward outside of dish.
