Raisin Sauce For Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together; slowly add vinegar, then add next 3 ingredients.
Use medium saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add 1/2 cup raisins and butter.
