Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped zucchini
1 large chopped onion
1 large chopped green pepper
1 c. chicken stock
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook vegetables until very soft.
Drain.
Puree in blender with chicken stock.
Add sour cream.
Serve hot or cold.
