Overnight Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread, trimmed and cubed
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Layer ingredients in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole in the following order: bread cubes, cooked sausage, green pepper, mushrooms and cheese.
Beat together eggs, milk and salt and pepper and pour over layers.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
