Ingredients

1 lb. mild sausage
1 lb. hot sausage
2 lb. shredded Mozzarella
2 lb. Cheddar
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 c. chopped onion
party rye bread
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain well.
Add onion and cook with sausage.
Add seasonings.
Melt cheese with sausage mixture. Spread on party rye.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 9 minutes.
May be frozen and baked layer.
