Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Set aside.
    Beat egg yolks slightly and combine with shortening, corn, sugar, flour, milk and seasonings.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until it sets like a custard (about 45 minutes).
    Serves 4 to 6.
