Eye Of Round Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eye of round roast (any size)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 pkg. Lipton dry beefy onion soup mix
Preparation
    Pat dry soup mix on roast or mix with canned soup before pouring over roast in oven roaster.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    If roast is under 3 pounds, check earlier.
    May cook in crock-pot for 8 to 10 hours.
    Serve sliced with gravy.
