Lemony Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
16 oz. soft cream cheese
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs, pecans, sugar and melted butter. Reserve 1/3 c. and press remaining mixture into 13X9 pan.
Bake 6 minutes at 325 degrees.
Remove and cool on wire rack.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in milk.
Add eggs and beat until just combined.
Stir in lemon juice.
Carefully spoon mixture atop crust in pan.
Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 1 hour.
Store in refrigerator.
Cut into bars to serve. Makes 24 bars.
