Cheese Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (5 1/2 oz.) Martha White biscuit mix
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
1 c. (4 oz.) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Empty biscuit mix into large bowl.
Stir in milk and beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Spread evenly in prepared pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool in pan 10 minutes. Cut into 3 x 3/4-inch strips.
Makes about 3 dozen cheese sticks.
