Orange Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
3 Tbsp. orange juice

Preparation

Combine ingredients in\ta small bowl and mix well.
Can be served over carrot cake.
