Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
    2 c. Bisquick (biscuit mix)
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix cheese and sausage first.
    Then add Bisquick mix, 1 cup at a time.
    Make into snack patties.
    Place on brown paper sacks and bake at 325\u00b0 about 25 to 40 minutes, depending on how brown you like them.
