Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. water
    20 oz. bag chopped broccoli
    salt and pepper
    2 c. Minute rice, cooked as directed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion and butter.
    Cook broccoli in 1/2 cup water until tender.
    Combine ingredients with the soups and Cheez Whiz. Mix in about half of the onion rings.
    Pour entire mixture into 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle remaining onion rings on top.
    Bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
